Michelin-starred chef David Myers will team up with longtime friend and world renowned chef Noriyuki Sugie (Charlie Trotter’s, Tetsuya, Asiate at the Mandarin Oriental in New York) to create an unforgettable evening of Japanese and modern Californian dishes. Bridging the culinary styles with experience in both cultures will be our Chef de Cuisine Kuniko Yagi. The night will feature ingredients from Chino and Kondo farms and a roster of wine and sake pairings that criss-cross the Pacific.
